Shabbat Candles
On February 24-26, 2017 2,000 Jewish teens from 30 countries gathered in New York for
Chabad Teen Network's International Shabbaton. At the closing ceremony, everyone
received a beautiful gift of a Shabbos candle kit to help them bring the inspiration from
the weekend home with them. Sponsored by the Moffson family and the Cohen
family, the Shabbat kits included a dedication to Daniella and encouraged teens to
continue bringing Daniella's light into the world by lighting Shabbos candles each
week. Already, the lights have been kindled across the world, and will continue to
each Shabbat.
