The Daniella Moffson Foundation Toy Drive was kicked off in December 2016 to galvanize the local Manhattan communities to donate toys and other gifts for sick and hospitalized children that are part of the Ohel organization. On a chilly day in December, we collected over 300 toys to be donated during a Chanukah party on the Upper East Side. Many constituents of our community brought their families and friends to spin dreidel, eat latkes, and write cards and letters to the children that would ultimately be receiving these gifts. A toy drive was also held in Israel in January 2017 for the children of AMIT and Chai Lifeline.
